Default does 15^50 affect skills?

or just normal attack...sorry for the noob question, couldnt find anything on it.

According to guildwiki.org Damage page http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Damage_calculation any damage modifier only affects the weapon's base damage. That would mean that with a 15% modifier (when the condition is met) an axe's base damage would go from 6-28 to 7-32, after which any skill bonus would be added.

It only applies when you attack (regular attacks and attack skills).

it only alters the base damage, the actual skill damage bonus is never affected.

it alters the base damage. so it effects normal attacks and attack skills. but it wont effect the 'skill' part of the attack skill
